Our philosophy

Movement as a way of coming home to yourself.

Lumen began with a simple belief: that a studio should feel less like a gym and more like a sanctuary. No mirrors lined with judgement, no pressure to perform — only warm light, honest breath and teachers who meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you have never unrolled a mat or you practise daily, you will find a class here that fits. We keep our groups small, our pace humane, and our space calm — so the only thing you have to do is arrive.
