Mara started Terra with a kettlebell, a whistle and six friends in a soggy park. Twelve years on, she's coached over three thousand people to their first pull-up, their first 5K and their first proper night's sleep in years.

A Level-4 strength coach and ultra-marathon finisher, Mara believes the best workout is the one you'll actually come back to. Her crews are tough, warm and ridiculously supportive — exactly how training should be.
