The Method

PHASE 01

Assess

Full DEXA scan, movement screen, strength baseline and bloodwork review build your starting picture.

PHASE 02

Architect

Your coach designs a periodised block — training, nutrition and recovery — mapped to a single 12-week target.

PHASE 03

Execute

2–4 private sessions a week, autoregulated daily and adjusted the moment your numbers drift.

PHASE 04

Re-test

We re-scan, compare every metric and lock the next block — progress you can see on the chart, not just feel.
